Joe Dorri
Founder & PresidenT

"Be who you needed when you were younger." Is an adage that directs Joe's life. He was once a failing high school student, depressed, and unsure about his major and college choice.

Today he uses research and his
experiences to help young people navigate college, be healthy, gain a purpose, and discover fulfilling careers.

He does this through presentations & workshops, a screening tool, and a book on college and life success.

Joe's accolades include:
  • Graduated in the top 69 among two million California community college students.
  • Graduated from the University of Southern California with a year of graduate work completed as an undergraduate.
  • Selected and shared his research at the prestigious Western Psychological Association's convention.
  • Ed Walsh Service Award by the honors society Alpha Gamma Sigma.
  • Recipient of the Most Promising Future Educator Scholarship by the Santa Clarita Retired Teachers' Association.
  • Recognized by the California State Legislature for his academics, leadership, and service.

Joe's experiences include working as a psychology instructor, researcher, author, tutor, martial arts teacher, and educational coach.
